In Chicago’s University Village neighborhood lies Taylor Street Tattoo, the home of Jason “Hoodrich” Stephens. We recently spoke with the Chicago native, who has been professionally decorating people for 10 years. Jason told us that his heroes are Chris Smith and his mentor Keith Underwood. While working in the shop he likes to blast Johnny Cash, Treated Crew, and Mount Salem. We talked to Hoodrich we discovered that the TO DO list tattoo above was actually a copy and he’s done several of them.
