If you were lucky enough to have been working for Lego (and not just chewing on one) back in the early ’80s, you’d have walked away with a very special gift after 25 years with the company: a 14-carat solid gold lego brick weighing in at 0.8246 troy ounces. Though the company stopped gifting pieces back in 1981, one of the rare bricks has just made its way online for a whopping $14,500.
